This Easter, Mill Mountain Zoo is inviting families to capture precious memories with their beloved mascot, Amanda Panda. From Friday, March 29th to Saturday, March 30th, Amanda will be posing for Easter pictures at Mill Mountain Zoo.

Roanoke, VA: Mill Mountain Zoo and Clean Valley Council are looking for artists to submit conceptual sketches of large-scale mosaic pieces to be considered for the 2024 Art to Rescue the River installations at Mill Mountain Zoo.

The Zoo would like to welcome, Alma the Argentine black and white Tegu! Alma will join her new reptile friends in the remodeled Reptile House. Hoover and Damien, the Burmese pythons, have had some great enhancements on their Python House.
